Use of Logo + Banner Delivery / Pick-up Services Delivery is available in metro Atlanta only. Any delivery address more than 15 miles outside 285 will be charged $1 per mile. Please note that customer or his/her representative must be present during the delivery and the pick-up of the items. If no one is present when our delivery driver arrives at the pre-determined delivery/pick-up time, we will attempt to call the contact number you provided during booking. If we are unable to make contact with you or your representative and you do not arrive within fifteen minutes, your rentals will be returned to our warehouse. We will continue to try to contact you throughout the day to make alternate delivery plans. Redelivery will result in additional charges over and above your initial non-refundable delivery fee. Delivery is to first floor level. If items are requested to be delivered to a different area, an additional charge will occur. Delivery does not include set-up or breakdown of items Set-up of the backdrop will incur an additional $50. After use equipment should be stacked and ready for pick-up, in the same drop off location and in the same condition as when dropped off. Any damage will incur a damage fee of $200. Once you book your order, a staff member will call or email you to arrange or confirm a delivery date and time. You can type any special delivery requests in the text box provided during the ordering process. Our employee will ask you to examine the rental items thoroughly, demonstrate how to use all equipment and answer any questions you may have. Deliveries outside of our standard days/times are possible for an additional fee. Pick-up A pick-up location will be near our home based office.
